This site is intended for Wholesale use only and as such our previous order minimum was $500+. However, we realize that this is a lot to commit for new accounts looking to try us out for the first time. To help with this, we’ve lowered the minimum order amount to $115 to allow new customers to ease into the site, but the expectation is that our customers will place orders of $500 or greater after that first order. To discourage abuse of this courtesy, we have instituted a Wholesale Pricing Fee that is charged at checkout along with Shipping on orders under $500. Orders over $500 will receive free shipping and the Wholesale Pricing Fee will be waived.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, but we recently changed this from $500 to $115 to allow new customers an opportunity to try us out without a huge commitment. However, orders under $500 will be subject to a $40 Shipping and Wholesale Pricing Fee. All orders must be $115 or more before taxes and shipping.
I’m trying to order a Sample Pack, but it won’t let me add to cart
Our Sample Pack product requires you to choose a strain from each of the fields provided. There are 8 fields in total and if you don’t select a strain for all 8 it will not allow you to add the sample pack to cart. If you need help, email us at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to order a Herb Dispatch Sample Pack and provide the strains you’d like to try. You get to choose 3 x AA Strains, 3 x AAA Strains, and 2 x AAAA Strains.

Is it safe ordering with from Herb Dispatch?
Herb Dispatch is a wholesale cannabis distributor. We are passionate about our products and our customers and have made it our mission to provide high-quality BC grown cannabis flower at competitive pricing. Our shop is stocked with a variety of indica, sativa, hybrid, and CBD cannabis strains, which allows us to meet the needs of all of our customers.
We operate out of the Vancouver area, but we do ship to dispensaries across Canada.

- Enter your details
- Choose a password
- Click Register
Next your account will be sent to us for review. You will receive an additional email once your account has been approved.*
We try to approve accounts as quickly as possible. If you register on the weekend your account may not
How many of each product do I have to order?
Feel free to purchase any quantities or combinations of products that total more than the order minimum of $115. Please note that any orders under $500 will be charged for Shipping and a Wholesale Pricing Fee, which combined equals $40. Orders over $500 get free shipping and we wave the Wholesale Pricing Fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped by Xpresspost at no charge. Once we receive your payment, your order will ship within 1-2 business day. After it has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days to receive your package.
Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.
Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).
Please be patient on tracking as Canada Post does not scan packages until they reach their sorting facility. This can take Canada Post as much as one day (2 days past your order date) to complete. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders received on Friday will ship the following week as we are closed on the weekend.
*Please note that it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive your E-transfer.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
Payment has NOT been sent
- Place an entirely new order for the items you want.
- Email us at [email protected] and request that we cancel your OLD order.
- Follow the payment instructions to complete your new order.
Payment has been sent
- If your order status is “Processing”, “Picked”, “QC” or “Completed”: Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the order. It’s too late.
- If your order status is “On Hold” or “Pending”: Cancel your pending payment. Place a new order for the items you want, and re-submit payment according to your new payment instructions.
Note: We can edit shipping details anytime before the order is set to “Completed”. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your destination shipping address.
